Hotel Overview Opened in November 2004, the Windsor Plaza Hotel is Vietnam's newest deluxe hotel, shopping center, entertainment complex, and conference facility. Guest rooms begin on the ninth floor. Because there is no other building taller than nine stories in the immediate area, all rooms have unobstructed views of the city.
